more than fifty clipart items in a single project
requires written permission from the Florida Center for
Instructional Technology (FCIT) at USF. Please credit FCIT whenever

This is a very nice collection of clipart for use in schools.

Free Digital Photos
This is an extensive collection of photographs. Images can be used freely in school
projects. Please do not contact the owners to ask for permission
as they have been inundated with requests from UK GCSE
students. The license agreement covers school use.

Free Public Domain Photo Database
PDPhoto.org is a repository for
free public domain photos. Unless something is clearly
marked as being copyrighted, you can assume it is free
to use. The site has a search feature.

NASA Images and Galleries
NASA's multimedia materials
are a wonderful resource for science themed
drawings, graphics, diagrams, and photos. The database
is extensive, containing images, podcasts, and videos. Supporting units:

Botanical Society of America
This is an extensive searchable database for detailed studies of plants. Images may be stored for personal or
classroom use, provided that the image displays the
unaltered text watermark.

Survey
A comprehensive list of USGS photos

Teacher Files
This is a nice collection of clipart for use in schools. Many are general resources such as titles, headers, and dividers. Many have instructional focus.

no more than ten different clip art images with the following restrictions:

Pics4Learning has granted permission for teachers
and students to use all of the images donated to the
Pics4Learning collection. This applies only to images
stored on the www.pics4learning.com website. On the
