Classes meet year round (August to May) and students may enroll at any time.
Daytime classes are conducted Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30
p.m. at the Lexington Technology Center.
Students work at their own pace in a lab setting. Teachers are available to assist students in studying, taking tests, and other activities necessary to complete their courses.
Diploma classes are open to anyone 17 years old or older who is not currently enrolled in public school.
A student must complete 24 units to graduate (including one unit in keyboarding/ computer science). Each high school diploma course requires a minimum of 60 classroom hours and the successful completion of a competency test to earn a unit credit.
South Carolina students must also pass the Exit Exam (HSAP) in order to graduate. Diploma students who have not passed all three parts of the Exit Exam may enroll for remediation. Exit Exams are administered in October, April, and July.
A one-time registration fee of $100.00 and $50.00 per course.
