What: WorkKeys is a program that measures the skill levels required to do certain jobs, and offers a test so that individuals can compare their skills to those required by local employers. Satisfactory completion of the test leads to the award of a Bronze, Silver, or Gold certificate. These certicates will help prospective employees get jobs that match their skill levels. When: Lexington 1 Adult Education offers the test multiple times each month, usually on Monday mornings. The test begins at 9:00 AM.
Where: The test is held at the Adult Ed portables at the Lexington Technology Center.
Cost: $20, which must be paid in advance. If you are currently enrolled in any Adult Education program, we may be able to offer the test for free.
