Mrs. Cruse has been teaching for 25 years.  Some of those years were spent in Hampton and Fairfield counties and North Carolina.  The last eleven have been spent in Lexington District One.  She has taught first, second, third, fifth, and sixth grade during her school career.  Mrs. Cruse has a Masters in Education from Lenoir Rhyne College and received her Bachelor of Arts from Newberry College. She is a National Board Certified teacher.  Her motto is “All students are unique and learn at their own pace.  Give them a goal to strive for and they will achieve.”
