Child Development

Welcome to our classes!  We have two morning and two afternoon sessions for our 4K students.  Mrs. McCarty, Mrs. Stasney and Ms. Hilbish are the teachers.  We are busy learning and practicing many new things in our large group, small groups, and learning centers.  You may find us reading and sharing books, singing songs or moving to music.  Or you may find us building roads and buildings with blocks, dressing up like different characters or people, taking care of our babies in home living, or stringing beads.  If you come while we are playing outside, you may see us sliding, digging in sand, or riding tricycles.  No matter when you come, you will see busy children with happy smiles practicing our communication skills, developing fine and large motor skills, and learning key concepts, all while having fun!
