1/3 cup sweet butter, softened
1/2 cup superfine granulated sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup dried coconutPreheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Beat in the egg, then fold in the flour and coconut. Drop by the
Teaspoon onto greased baking sheets and bake for 10 to 15
Min. Let cool on a wire rack. Makes 21 to 24.
