However, we understand that getting additional education and certifications can sometimes be a challenge to balance with a busy schedule. That’s why we offer childcare services, night class options, and online courses.

Lexington One offers a variety of courses and educational options. Regardless of which course you enroll in, we will be here to help coach, encourage, and explain the test and materials.
Earn your high school diploma from the comfort of your home on your schedule. Classes are online and can be completed at your own pace.
Unlike some online programs, with Lexington One you are more than just a student number, and our teachers are available to help you with your studies. Our teachers will assist you with studying, taking tests, and other activities necessary for the completion of your courses. There is a $25 registration fee and a $50 charge for each course.
Under 18? If you are 16 or 17 and think that Adult Education is the right way forward, fill out the form below, and bring it with you when you come to enroll. You will also need a school withdrawal form from your guidance office.
The GED, General Education Development, Test is a high school equivalency test and is often accepted in place of a high school diploma. Lexington One School District not only serves as an official test center for the GED, but also offers test preparation courses to help ensure you pass the test without breaking a sweat! There is a $25 registration fee.

Computer and technology skills have become a must in today’s work force. If you struggle with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, or using the Internet, Lexington School District One’s computer courses are for you.
WorkKeys is a test that helps match your skills to those required for various jobs. Upon completion of the test, you may receive an award of a Bronze, Silver, or Gold certificate, depending on your test results. These certificates help employees get jobs that match their skill level.

ParaPro testing is held by appointment at the Rosenwald Community Learning Center in Room 4. There is a $55 fee, which can be paid after testing. To schedule your testing time, call us at 803-821-2950.
