- Connect computer
to projector with VGA cable. Plug in power
cables from computer and projector.

button down for a couple of seconds until
the light turns green.

How do I clean the air filter?
|
The
air filter is to the left and below the projector bulb. Push
down to remove it. Blow or wipe it off and then put it back
in the projector.

How do I make the “Air Filter” message go away?
|
After you have cleaned the filter…
- Select Menu on your remote
- Scroll down to Default
- Scroll over to Clear Filter Usage and Select Yes

What do I do if the image is skewed/distorted?
|
Push the keystone button and use the up and down buttons to
adjust.

Can I use a VCR/DVD player with my projector?
|
1. Attach
the video cable with the red, white, and yellow ends in the
color coded holes in the projector and the VCR or DVD player.
- Attach the power
cord and plug it in.
- Push the round
power button.
- Make sure Video,
not Computer is selected.
- You will need
working speakers for the sound to be loud enough for all
students to hear.
- Push play on the
VCR or DVD to play the media

What do I do if the sound is too low to be heard in the classroom?

You will need to attach speakers to your computer if your school
does not have an audio system in the classrooms.

How do I turn the projector off?
|
Push the power button
on top of the projector. A message on
the screen will ask if you want the power off. Press once for
yes. The fan will run to cool the projector bulb. Once the
fan is off, then the power switch on the side of the projector
may be turned off and the projector unplugged.

Do I need to let the bulb cool before I turn off the projector?
|
Yes. Cooling extends the bulb life. Each
bulb costs about $350.
