How do I get rid
of the “Clean filter” message when I turn on my projector?

When
this message comes up, be sure to clean the filter before following
these steps. Failure to clean filter will
cause damage to the projector.
After you have cleaned the filter…
- Select Menu on your remote
- Scroll down to Default
- Scroll over to Clear Filter Usage and Select

All projectors are not the same. You
may need to look in the user’s manual if this doesn’t work for
you.

What should I do
if my laptop will not log into the network?

Make sure that “Workstation Only” is NOT checked.

if I am not getting the image from my laptop to project on the
screen?

- Make sure the projector is on and that all
cables are secure.
- Make sure “Computer” is selected on the projector.
- Select the FN key and then select
the F7 key. They need to be held down together.
- Choose
the first option, Presentation on Projector and ThinkPad (XGA
1024 X 768) or the second option, Presentation
on Projector and ThinkPad (SVGA 800 X 600).

How can I turn
off the Pop-Up Blocker?

- Open Internet Explorer
- Go to Tools on the Toolbar
- Select Pop-up Blocker and
- Turn Off Pop-up Blocker

My computer is
locked up and won’t respond to the mouse. What should I do?

Click on Ctrl + Alt + Delete at
the same time and reboot your computer.

When I try to print
a document the printer does not respond?
|
- First, check all cable connections.
- Go
to Start then Settings then Printers
- Make
sure that the printer that you want to print from is selected. (Has
a little
beside it.)
- If the correct printer is selected, try rebooting
the computer.
