Technology is a driving force in the world today and an integral part of the daily lives of our students. Schools are faced with the challenge of raising student achievement while at the same time preparing students for this constantly changing world. The real task is to empower students with digital literacy and a global mindset, enabling them to become creative, responsible, self-motivated learners, innovative thinkers, and productive citizens who are respectful of the world and its inhabitants.

The second annual K12 Online Conference took place October 15-19 and October 23-27. Educators from around the globe made online presentations about using technology in classrooms.
