Priorities for the TIS
Analysis:
Providing information about new tools and practices and providing assistance in planning technology-infused lessons were ranked as the most important tasks of the TIS. Providing "just in time" support was the next priority, followed by creating technology activities
for teachers and staff development.
Action Plan:
I will continue to share with you best strategies for technology integration that I learn through training sessions I attend, other TISs, and my own personal professional online learning. I will be planning staff development sessions to address the highest priorities
from the responses to question 8.
I have been approaching individual teachers about lesson ideas using technology. I will continue to initiate those contacts, but if you have a great idea or even just part of an idea, let me know. I would love to help you think through it and help you implement
your lessons!
As always I am available to come to your assistance as soon as I possibly can to help with those technology difficulties that seem to arise at the most inconvenient times in your class.
