Director of School Counseling

8th Grade School Counselor

My name is Amanda Stabler and I am excited to serve as the Director of School Counseling and 8th Grade School Counselor at Lakeside Middle. I have been a school counselor for 10 years and was most recently a school counselor at River Bluff High School before coming to Lakeside. Prior to becoming a school counselor, I taught high school chemistry and physics for 8 years. I hold a B.S. in Science Teaching from Clemson University (Go Tigers!) and an Ed. S. in Counselor Education from the University of South Carolina.
When I am not at school I enjoy spending time with my family. We love to travel to new places with our camper and visit the lake as often as we can.
I am looking forward to a wonderful year at Lakeside. Go Raiders!
