All test scheduling must be done online at www.GED.com. You must have an account at www.GED.com in order to schedule a test. (How to create a GED account) Log in to your account and click "Schedule Test." Follow the prompts to find a date, time, and center. (Details on How to Schedule a Test)

There are four sections: Reasoning Through Language Arts (150 min), Mathematical Reasoning (115 min), Science (90 min) and Social Studies (75 min). A passing score is 145. You do not need to take all sections in the same day. Once you pass a section there is no need to retake it. 

Each section costs $37.50, and retakes cost $17.50. You will need a debit/credit card to schedule your test. 

GED® applicants under the age of 19 and any applicant 19 or over who has been enrolled in a South Carolina school during the current school year must complete this form and submit it to the GED® Testing Office.
