I am very excited to join the Beechwood Bengal family! I am from Connecticut where I started my teaching career in 2005. I graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a B.S. in Elementary Education and English in 2004. In 2010, I graduated with a master’s degree from CCSU in Special Education and Intervention. I have taught both fifth and sixth grade, but sixth grade language arts is where I love to be.

My wonderful husband, Jason, and I have three beautiful girls: Kelsey, Addy, and Charlotte. Our oldest is pursuing teaching at Western New England University. I enjoy watching my girls do what they love, including gymnastics and soccer. I also enjoy spending time with my family, boating, working out, reading, and exploring new places.

I am very much looking forward to working with all the Beechwood staff and students!
