I am very proud to be a member of the BMS family.  This is my eighteenth year of teaching. I spent thirteen of those years teaching in Jamaica, which is my birth country.   I received both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of the West Indies. I majored in education with a biology focus and science education.  In my spare time, I love to read, garden, and take on DIY projects around the house.
