Hi!  My name is Elaine S. Palmer. I began my employment at WKES in November 2012, 

and currently serve as the full-time Health Room Assistant. I am a long-time Columbia area resident and have lived/worked in our great state for the past 50+ years. I have been happily married for the past 31 of those years. My husband and I have two wonderful kids; a son and a daughter; both White Knoll area school alumni. Both kids are now married with one precious granddaughter that keeps us on our toes!

The highlight of my professional career was my graduation from MTC in 1992, earning a certificate as a Licensed Practical Nurse. My 6 years of practice were mainly in geriatrics with a focus on the dementia-specific population. Being employed at WKES for the past 10 years has been very fulfilling. My health room position took me back to the classroom in 2018, where I earned my Certified Nursing Assistant certificate. 

Alongside a great team, it's a pleasure and privilege to serve the White Knoll community as "We Love, We Lead, and We Learn!"
