My name is Ashley Black and I have been teaching for 11 years. I started my welding career right here at Lexington Technology Center in 1989. I graduated with honors from the Lexington Technology Center Welding program in 1992. I worked in the field of welding for 12 years. I began my teaching career at Heyward Career Center. After 3 years at Heyward I was able to come back to Lexington Technology Center to continue my teaching career. I am N.C.C.E.R certified instructor along with AWS.
