The Lexington One Way
Lexington County School District One is proud of the unique logo that brands our district to the rest of the world. Protecting the use of our logo is an important part of presenting a consistent image to students, staff, parents and community members. Correct usage of our logo is key to reinforcing our vision and making our identity powerfully visible.
Guidelines for Logo Use:
- The logo must retain the original and official logo colors in any re-printing.
- If the logo is resized, it must retain its original properties.
- If additional text is added near the logo, it must not appear to be part of the logo.
Keeping a quarter inch of clear space around the logo. - Do not rotate or flip any logo in any way.
- Do not rearrange the symbol and logotype relationships.
- The Lexington District One logo is not for commercial use and cannot be used for profit by any person or organization other than the district, a school or approved school club.
Graduate Profile
The Lexington One Graduate Profile serves as the vision of our strategic plan and the focal point of the Lexington One Way. We define a graduate profile as an accessible, succinct description of what every graduate should know, understand, and be able to do as they matriculate through our district. It is a clear statement to our students, families, and community that we commit to developing these vital skills in our children each year. Our new Graduate Profile replaces the Power Skills that were a part of our former strategic plan.
