Mrs. Cook is excited to be serving as the 6th grade house leader again this year. She is committed to creating a positive learning environment where students can reach their math goals. Mrs. Cook will be teaching 6th grade math and 8th Grade Geometry this year. She is originally from North Carolina where she graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor's degree in Middle Grades Education. This is Mrs. Cook's 21st year teaching middle school, and has 2 children in Lex 1 schools. Her son is an 8th grader at MGM, and her daughter is a 4th grader at MGES. She deeply believes in what teaching and learning looks like in EL Education schools and can’t wait to continue her journey at MGM. Go Gators!
