Lexington One Board of Trustees holds special called board meeting on May 9, 2023

LEXINGTON, S.C. — The Lexington County School District One Board of Trustees will conduct a teacher dismissal hearing (Gerrita Postlewait v. Susan Horton) at a special called meeting to be held in Building One of Central Services, located at 100 Tarrar Springs Road in Lexington, South Carolina, on May 9, 2023.

The meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. The hearing will be public pursuant to S.C. Code Ann.§59-25-460.

During the meeting, the board may convene in executive session to receive legal advice about evidentiary matters and to conduct deliberations. After any executive session, the board will return to public session to vote on any decisions that it may make in response to the legal advice received.
