Lexington District One board members to attend district events

LEXINGTON, S.C. — Members of the Lexington County School District One Board of Trustees may attend the following district events the week of May 15–19, 2023:

● Pelion High School’s FFA Banquet on Monday, May 15, at 7 p.m. at Pelion High School, located at 600 Lydia Drive in Pelion

● Gilbert High Celebration of Learning on Wednesday, May 17, at 4:30 p.m. at Gilbert High School, located at 840 Main Street in Gilbert

● River Bluff High New to the U.S. International Teacher Celebration on Wednesday, May 17, at 6 p.m., at River Bluff High School, located at 320 Corley Mill Road in Lexington

● Military Signing Day on Thursday, May 18, at 10 a.m. at White Knoll High School, located at 5643 Platt Springs Road in Lexington

● The Stories of Rosenwald Exhibit on Thursday, May 18, from 6–8 p.m. at Rosenwald Community Learning Center, located at 420 Hendrix Street in Lexington

● Special Education Graduation on Friday, May 19, at 10 a.m. at the Performing Arts Center at Lexington High School, located at 2643 Augusta Highway in Lexington

Although a quorum of board members may attend these events, they will not hold any official board meetings nor conduct any business.
