I graduated from Clemson University with a B.A. in Elementary and Early Childhood Education.  I began my teaching career in 1990 and started teaching at WKE in 1996. I was honored to be named White Knoll Elementary’s ‘Teacher of the Year’ for the 2009-2010 school year. My husband, Steve, and I have been married since 1995 and we have two adult children, Matt and Carlee.  We also have one very spoiled dog, Hudson.  We enjoy spending time together at our beach house in Garden City, SC.  We are also a true ‘house divided’ as my husband and son are Gamecock fans and my daughter and I are Tiger fans!
