I was born in Florida and moved to SC when I was in 3rd grade.  I met my husband while attending college at the University of South Carolina.  We were married in 2004 and shortly after, I began my first year of teaching.  Go Gamecocks!

I have two children, Brycen and Braylie. Brycen is in 8th grade at Meadow Glen Middle School and Braylie is in 4th grade here at WKE!   I love spending time with my family.  Away from school, I enjoy reading, crafting, and playing at the lake or the beach.
