English Language Arts Teacher

It is my privilege to teach English Language Arts at Lakeside Middle School. 7th grade is a significant time in the K-12 experience - a time of growth and change. This is why I have dedicated the past 26 years of my career to teaching ELA at the middle-level. I earned my Education degree with an emphasis in Psychology from USC. I am Nationally Board Certified in Adolescent ELA, Gifted and Talented endorsed, and a Google Certified Teacher. Outside of school I enjoy spending time in nature - hiking in the mountains or lounging at the beach. I am an amateur photographer, fan of live music, and travel enthusiast. I am looking forward to all that we can accomplish together at Lakeside Middle this school year! #WeAreCREW
