During its June 21, 2005 board meeting, the Lexington County School
District One Board of Trustees passed a motion naming two new
schools in the Lexington Attendance Area that will be built with
help of a successful bond referendum.
The two schools, located in an educational complex on Rawl Road, will
be called Pleasant Hill Elementary School and Pleasant Hill Middle
School.
