The College Center is an early college program that partners with Midlands Technical College to offer students the opportunity to complete an associate degree in high school. This program is geared towards students who benefit from a non-traditional approach to high school and college. We help you improve academically while providing you support to set and meet your goals – inside and outside the classroom.

Any current 8th-grade student is eligible to apply for the 2024-25 academic year, and any current 7th-grade student can apply for the 2025-26 academic year. Students begin the program in 9th grade. Students from all five high schools in Lexington County School District One attend the full-day program (8:55 a.m. - 2:50 p.m.) located at the North Lake Community Learning Center.
