7th Grade Science Teacher

My name is Ying-Chen Lin and I’m thrilled to join the Raider family as a 7th grade science teacher. Prior to coming to Lakeside, I taught 6th and 7th grade science at Meadow Glen Middle and served as a Digital Learning Coach at River Bluff High School. I am a graduate of the University of South Carolina Honors College and received my B.A. in Middle-Level Education (ELA & Science concentration). I also hold a master’s degree in Instructional Technology and Media from Teachers College, Columbia University. 

When I am not at Lakeside, I enjoy traveling and spending time with friends. I am so excited to be your teacher and I am looking forward to an amazing year!
