Computer Science Teacher

My name is Kayla Eskew and I'm so excited to serve as the Computer Science teacher at Lakeside Middle. Prior teaching experience includes teaching middle school STEM under the Project Lead the Way curriculum at Johnston - Edgefield -Trenton (JET) Middle School. I also taught Engineering at Strom Thurmond Career and technology Center for 2 years. This will be my 8th year in Education. I hold a B.S in Business Administration and a MS Management.

I have a number of hobbies such as sewing, quilting, baking and spending time with family and friends. I have a daughter, Alyssa and two fur babies, Brantley and Chloe. I enjoy being involved in my church and community. I'm not much of a sports fan, but we are a Gamecock family. I am looking forward to a great year at Lakeside.
