Lexington One Board of Trustees holds meeting on March 21, 2023

LEXINGTON, S.C. — The Lexington County School District One Board of Trustees will hold its regular monthly board meeting in the Performing Arts Center at White Knoll High School, located at 5643 Platt Springs Road in Lexington, South Carolina.

The meeting opens at 4:45 P.M. in the auditorium. The board will promptly vote to enter executive session to review employment recommendations and other personnel matters, to receive legal advice in the matter of the SC Freedom Caucus vs. Lexington County School District One, and to receive legal advice in the matter of Barnwell vs. Lexington County School District One.

The Board of Trustees will hold a "Meet and Greet" for community members from 5:30–6 p.m. 

Citizens wishing to address the Board of Trustees during citizens’ participation — the public-speaking portion of the meeting — must sign up to speak. Sign-up opens at 5 P.M. and ends at 6 P.M. You must be present to sign up to speak.

The meeting is open to the public and can be viewed at https://www.youtube.com/c/LexingtonOne/live. After the meeting, the district will post a video of the meeting to its YouTube channel and its website.
